Humangest Romania is part of the Italian group, SGB Humangest Holding, specialized in providing consulting services in the field of human resources. The group currently operates through 50 branches in Italy, 3 in Romania and 26 in the Balkans. The presence in the Balkan Region is supported by a strategic partnership signed with Heads Adriatic, an HR consulting company with over 20 years of experience in the industry. We provide services through 3 offices in Serbia and Montenegro, 17 in Slovenia, 1 in Croatia, 2 in Bosnia and Herzegovina, 2 in Northern Macedonia and 1 in Albania.

In 2019, the company bought IHM Total Consult, a Romanian company, headquartered in Timisoara, expanding thus its coverage nationwide.
