What are you doing on the weekend?

The weekend is important both for relaxation and for professional and personal development. It is important to take the time to learn new things, and this week we recommend a series of free courses in the field of Human Resources:

  1. International Leadership and Organizational Behavior

About the course

Organizational behavior information is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills and reflect on your behavior. How do you usually make important decisions? What motivates you and how do you try to motivate others? How much do you manage to integrate various skills and points of view in a team discussion? Do you prefer professional relationships with a small group of colleagues or with a distant network of acquaintances from vast fields?

     2. Learning, Knowledge and Human Development

About the course

This course aims to provide a timely perspective on theories of learning and development, along with how these theories relate to educational technology. The course has two components: the first component is a theoretical one, which seeks to develop a general frame of reference, including approaches to learning psychology in terms of major paradigm shifts, from “behaviorism” to “brain development” to “social cognitivism”. The second component is a practical one, in which these theoretical concepts will be used to “analyze” a technology-mediated learning environment.
